Promotion Summary:
"Win tickets to the Foo Fighters in Auckland" promotion allows the entrant to go into a draw to win 2 x general admission tickets to the Foo Fighters live concert to be held Tuesday 13th Dec 2011 at Western Springs Stadium.
Secondary PRize of $100 dinner vouchers
A voucher to the value of $100 will be supplied to our second prize winner. Vouchers will be made up of 10 x $10 vouchers - all vouchers will be valid from 30th November 2011 to 31st May 2012 and must be presented at time of ordering to Oporto staff member. Voucher is not transferable for cash. No cash change or refunds will be given if the full value of the voucher is not used at one sitting as Oporto NZ do not have the ability to record part payments or carry forward credits on any voucher presented
How to Enter the Draw:
1.The promotion begins on Wednesday 19th October 2011 and entries will close on 30th November 2011 at 12noon.
2. Enter the draw via the Oporto New Zealand Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/oportoNZ). Participants will be required to agree to the promotional terms and conditions and submit their details via the Facebook Page and have the option to send this promotion onto their friends. Alternative method is available and participant are required to post their details including full name, age address, contact telephone number and email to (Oporto Postal Address as listed at the bottom of these terms and conditions) in an envelope clearly marked 'Oporto Foo Fighter Promotion' within the specified time frame for entry.
3. The draw will be made randomly.
4. Entrants must be aged over 13 years - If the winner is under 18 years of age Oporto NZ take no responsibility for their attending the concert and it remains the winners responsibility to have notified and be granted permission by their parent of legal guardian to attend the concert.
5. The prize draw is open to New Zealand residents only.
The Prize:
5.The winner will be selected randomly and be notified via email to confirm that they want to attend the event. On confirmation their name will be posted on both the Oporto NZ Facebook page and the Oporto NZ website page.
6. In the event that the winner does not want to attend the event and has notified this in writing to the promoter, Oporto NZ will re-run the draw and select another winner. In this event that the promoter is unable to contact the notified winner or the notified winner has not replied or responded in writing within 5 days of the notification, the draw and prize offer will be deemed as void and the draw will be run again.
7. The prize consists of 2 x general admission tickets to the Concert only. Transfers to Western Springs Stadium to attend the event are not supplied and the winner will be responsible for organising and paying all said transfers.
8. Please not that the prize can not be forfeited or exchanged for cash.
Generic Promotion or Competition Rules:
9. Disqualified participants are and include all Oporto employees, all employees of Oporto advertising agencies and their immediate families. All people under 13 years of age. NB: immediate families includes spouses, Grandparents, Parents, Children and Grandchildren whether by marriage or other family extension.
10. Entry into promotion is deemed acceptance of the Rules and confirmation that the entrant has the necessary authority ( for example agreement from their legal guardian to attend the concert should they win) to enter the promotion, or should they reside outside of Auckland that they are responsible for their transport, accommodation and all other expenses related to and incurred as a result of traveling to and from the concert.
11. The promotion is only open to New Zealand Residents. Disqualified participants may not enter the promotion.
12. Oporto NZ reserves the right to exclude any person from participating in the promotion on reasonable grounds.
13. Oporto NZ reserves the right to refuse to award any prize to an entrant who has violated the rules, gained an unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
14. By participating in the competition, entrants grant NZ Oporto exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs in connection with the promotion and for future promotion and marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use.
15. All emails submitted will be valid and up to date and will be held by Oporto NZ for the purpose of the promotion and for future promotion and marketing purposes.
Winning the prize:
16: Only the person who originally entered the promotion can be awarded the prize.
17: The random selection of the winner will be a final decision and no correspondence will be entered into.
18: The winner will be notified via the email address that they have submitted and must be available to pick up the prize from an Oporto NZ location and be available for photography of the prize presentation.
19: Where attempts to contact the winner fail ( e.g. no response within 5 day of email being sent out) Oporto NZ will select ( randomly) another winner.
20: The prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable. No other family members, friends office associates or any other person will be able to participate on the Winners behalf.
21: Where the winner is required to claim the prize in person they must provide proper identification eg. passport, birth certificate. If the winner is aged under 18 years of age their parent or guardian must give them prior written consent to the award of the prize.
